I combine my background in education and counselling to provide effective, evidence-based support for children, teens, and adults. Using a trauma-informed, client-centred, and CBT-based approach, I tailor each session to the individual needs of the client, helping them build insight, develop practical skills, and work toward meaningful personal goals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

I also have experience working with neurodivergent youth, including those with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). I provide compassionate, individualized support that respects each client’s strengths, challenges, and unique way of experiencing the world. My goal is to create a safe, understanding space where clients feel empowered to grow, learn, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
